As with all matrix programs, once things
get rolling, members tend to bunch up
in the beginning levels.

This causes cycling to slow down.

Members get anxious but are afraid
to get into next higher levels.

Beginning levels get bunched up while next
higher level, bronze, sits almost at a standstill.

Nobody moving much. This kind of
action eventually dooms a program.

Solution: Create higher levels that feed the bronze.

Everybody is now trying to figure out how
to get into bronze and for the first time,
bronze (next higher level), is cycling faster
than entry levels.
